Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and warehousing sectors
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online channels
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical support
Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
Maintain a database of clients and regular follow-ups for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Marketing/Business
Minimum 2 years of experience
in sales, preferably in PEB, steel, or construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of PEB structures or industrial construction is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
