Identify and approach potential customers for loan products (vehicle loans, personal loans, business loans, gold loans, etc.).
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers clearly.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during loan processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

Prior experience in
sales/field marketing/finance/banking/insurance
preferred.
Strong communication, convincing, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
