Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development



Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Visit prospective customers to present and promote AC products and services. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales leads promptly. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.

3. Quotation & Negotiation



Prepare and submit detailed quotations and proposals based on customer requirements. Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and delivery with clients. Finalize deals and ensure contracts or agreements are accurately prepared.

4. Product Knowledge & Consultation



Stay up to date with AC products, features, and industry trends. Provide customers with product comparisons, energy efficiency information, and usage advice. Coordinate with the technical team for product customization or installation queries.

5. Coordination & Reporting



Work closely with the service, installation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. After-Sales Support



Follow up with customers after installation for feedback and satisfaction. Coordinate with the service department to resolve complaints or maintenance issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
