. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong relationships, and helping achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
Engage with the technical team to provide faster resolution to technical issues.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans as set by the sales Lead.
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Prepare regular sales reports for the sales Lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree & Masters in Business, Marketing.
1 Years in software sales & Freshers also can apply
Willing to travel to client places
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Built Rapport with customer satisfaction.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
