Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Work Location: Multiple location in Chennai

Interview Location: F2F (chennai)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift - 9 hour of shift between ( 10:00 am to 9:00 pm )

Salary: ₹17500 - ₹21,500 CTC + Incentives

Minimum Qualification : Graduate freshers OR

HSE (12th pass) with minimum 1 year of sales experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their needs and preferences.

Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.

Maintain cleanliness and display of the store as per brand guidelines.

Achieve daily and monthly sales assigned by the store manager.

Handle billing, returns, and manage customer queries effectively.
