Job Title: Female Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Gokulam Park at Coimbatore

Preferable : Female Candidate (Age limit 25 to 35) Hotel industry preferred

Corporate Sales Manager/Executive:

Focuses on securing long-term contracts with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving business growth for the hotel.

Banquet Sales Executive:

Specializes in selling banquet spaces and event services for weddings, conferences, and other functions.

Sales Manager:

A broader role that involves developing and implementing sales strategies across different segments like corporate, leisure, and travel trade.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.

Sales & Negotiation:

Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to generate revenue.

Presentations & Events:

Conducting sales presentations, site inspections, and fam trips (familiarization trips) to showcase hotel facilities.

Market Analysis:

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Sales Planning:

Developing and implementing sales action plans to achieve sales targets.

Reporting:

Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

A proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, is often required.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial.
