Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced
Sales Executive (Male)
with a background in
Facilities Management Services (FMS)
or
Construction-related industries
. The candidate will be instrumental in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships with customers, service providers, and business associates. This role demands strong field experience and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (builders, facility heads, association reps, etc.).
Serve as the point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Field Sales Operations:
Conduct site visits, pitch services, give demos, and handle face-to-face negotiations.
Identify high-potential areas and conduct door-to-door or association-based lead generation.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Use field intelligence, networking, and market data to generate quality leads.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to suggest new strategies.
Provide regular sales performance reports and projections to management.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3 to 5 years of proven sales experience
in
FMS or Construction-related industries
.
Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Knowledge of CRM software/tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel
extensively for field sales and client meetings.
Highly self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
