Responsible for the Sales function of ACS Promotors.
Support ACS Promotors' growth by generating revenue through effective sales strategies, customer acquisition, and retention.
Partner with project and functional heads in institutionalizing sales-related policies, processes, and systems.
Instrumental in building and sustaining a high-performance sales culture.
Design and drive sales initiatives like client engagement, lead generation, market development, sales training, and customer relationship management
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or EPC companies.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, construction projects, customer buying behavior, and competitor analysis.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Tamil, Telugu& English)
Strong client relationship management and networking ability
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, digital sales platforms
Ability to achieve revenue targets and work under pressure
