We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and close deals. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, and building lasting relationships that contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits
Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and present our services and design solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
Maintain a database of clients and sales activities
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
Proven experience in sales (experience in interior design, architecture, or real estate preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office
