Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
Proper display should always be carried out.
Items must always be neat & clean.
Must take the initiative in implementing techniques for achieving higher Sales.
Must Treat all the customers with Respect and Courtesy.
Arrange the necessary packing material and compliments at Cash counter/delivery section.
Coordinates to prepare Estimates for the selected products and explain the same to the customers-After selection of products.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Coordinate billing process
Telecalling - Givinig informations to customers about their scheme details & maturity and also to inform about the company's offer, Campaign etc.
