We are looking for a proactive and driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with

3-6 years of sales experience

in the

kitchen, hospital, hotel equipment, or OEM manufacturing industry

, or for

MBA freshers

eager to start a career in technical/B2B sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential clients in the

hospitality, healthcare, institutional, or OEM sectors

. Promote and sell kitchen, hospital, hotel equipment, and OEM products to customers and partners. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular visits, communication, and service. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals in line with company pricing strategies. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and technical support. Maintain sales records and generate periodic reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in

Arts

or

Science

(mandatory)

MBA (Marketing/Sales/Operations)

- Freshers are welcome to apply 0-6 years of relevant sales experience in manufacturing, B2B equipment, or related sectors Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product features and specifications Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and product presentations

Preferred Experience (for experienced candidates):



Hands-on sales experience in

kitchen equipment, hospital equipment, hotel equipment, or OEM manufacturing

Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, channel distribution, or institutional sales.
