We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with 3-6 years of experience in the industrial equipment/machinery sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective sales operations and enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate machinery/solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategy improvement.
Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3-6 years of proven sales experience in industrial equipment/machinery domain.
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and align them with solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
