Job Title: Sales Executive - Secondary Sales (Distributor Point)

Salary Range: from ?20,000 to 25,000 CTC per month

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years

Working Hours / Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (depending on market opening)

Role & Responsibilities

Achieve secondary sales targets and expand the retail network within the assigned territory.

Operate from the designated distributor point and manage market coverage.

Promote and sell exclusively Plumtek brand products, ensuring brand exclusivity.

Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports through official communication channels.

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, retailers, and market stakeholders.

Address customer queries promptly and escalate issues to the reporting manager when necessary.

Comply with uniform and grooming standards, maintaining professionalism and discipline at all times.

Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.
