We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Negotiate prices and terms to close sales deals Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitors' activities

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate sales experience preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of the local property market Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
