Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
Prepare and deliver proposals/quotations as per client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
