Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads in logistics and freight forwarding
Pitch logistics services to potential clients (transport, warehousing, freight, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Understand client requirements and offer customized logistics solutions
Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to management
Attend client meetings, site visits, and handle negotiations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in sales (logistics industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Own vehicle is a plus (if field visits required)
