We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of effectively qualifying leads and supporting the sales process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
1-5 years of experience in a sales-related or lead qualification role
Proven ability to work in a similar customer-facing role
Fluency in English and Tamil; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Strong understanding of sales concepts (e.g., sales scripts, soft selling techniques)
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer tools
Willingness to learn about hardware components, system specifications, and performance benchmarks
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a calm demeanor
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and build rapport
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to answer questions about products and services
Filter and qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase potential
Ask targeted questions to identify customer needs and drive lead conversion
Delegate qualified leads to the technical sales team for further action
Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product updates and new features
Meet targets related to lead qualification and conversion
Follow up with customers regarding order status and service satisfaction
Conduct calls with existing and potential customers to gather feedback
Identify recurring issues or concerns and relay them to the appropriate departments
Participate in monthly sales meetings to review performance and align on goals

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
