Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one or group sales presentations to prospective customers (walk-ins or pre-qualified appointments).
Understand customer needs and present tailored vacation ownership solutions.
Highlight the value and benefits of timeshare ownership and our resort offerings.
Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Handle objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client information, and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing and telesales teams to maximize lead conversion.
Stay up to date with company products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the timeshare
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with an ability to understand client needs.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
