Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify potential dealers, distributors, and end customers to expand the sales network. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Address client inquiries and provide technical/product support as needed. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Provide insights and suggestions for product and service enhancements. Generate leads through various channels, including trade shows, cold calling, and networking. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Key Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 0 - 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in gate automation, hardware, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of gate motors and automation systems is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Freshers can also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
