Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and follow-up activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in sales or a similar customer-facing role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field sales is required).
