Designation: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan/Loan Against Property/ Mortgage Loan/ Credit card/ Personal Loan/ Small and Medium Enterprises Sales products.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and partner networks.
- Explain gold loan schemes and benefits to customers clearly.
- Collect required documents and ensure compliance with KYC norms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for gold loan disbursal.
-Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely interest collection or loan renewals.
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Sales experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fieldwork and local travel required.
- Knowledge of local language preferred.
