We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing
automobile parts division
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with
retailers and distributors
, driving lead generation, and increasing sales of our automotive components and spare parts in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new
retailers and distributors
to expand the company's market presence.
Conduct regular visits to
retail counters, workshops, and distributor outlets
to promote products and strengthen relationships.
Present and explain product features, pricing, schemes, and benefits effectively to clients.
Provide consistent
after-sales support
, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Manage the end-to-end sales process -- from lead generation and order booking to delivery follow-up and
payment collection
.
Stay informed on
market trends, competitor activities
, and customer preferences to support sales strategy.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely
sales reports, performance updates, and sales forecasts
.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
12th pass
; a
graduate degree
is preferred.
1-5 years of
sales experience
in automobile spare parts or a related industry.
Good understanding of
automobile components, spare parts
, and aftermarket products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented
, and comfortable with field travel.
Must own a
two-wheeler
and possess a
valid driving license
.

Pay: ?8,737.80 - ?24,000.00 per month
