Roles & Responsibilities:



Identify and engage prospective customers through on-site visits, cold calling and networking. Understand your customers' requirements and propose customized to address their business challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure successful deal closures. Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective pipeline management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and advancements. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer follow-up records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.

3 to 5 years of field sales experience

, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales. Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their impact on business operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing customer relationships. Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage multiple leads efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reports.
