We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive product sales in the retail sector. The role is ideal for both fresher's and experienced candidates who are passionate about customer service, sales, and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product reach, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and manage retail outlets to promote and sell company products.
Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor stock levels, display products attractively, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
Track sales performance, gather customer feedback, and report daily activities.
Participate in promotional events, in-store activities, and product launches.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
Manage POS operations
Job Requirements:
Education: B.SC And M.SC in Biology/ Bio-Technology, Agriculture, BBA/ MBA (Marketing), Diploma in Herbal/ Ayurvedic sciences
Experience: 0-2 years in retail/product sales (Fresher's with good communication and a passion for sales are welcome).
Language Proficiency: Basic fluency in local language is required; English/Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
Personality: Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Willingness to work in retail stores, travel locally as per business needs.
Other Requirements:
o Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good presentation.
o Target-oriented and self-driven.
o Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
