We are looking for the candidate who have good experience in Sales - SaaS - IT Sales - ERP & CRM Sales, Retail POS

Key Responsibilities



Direct the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets. Develop and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology to drive efficiency and success. Collaborate with marketing, sales management, and other internal teams to identify and develop new customers for software products and services. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and influencers. Provide accurate sales forecasts to support cash flow management. Develop annual sales plans and strategies to exceed corporate revenue and profitability goals. Manage and build a rolling pipeline to identify new opportunities and projects. Prospect for new business leads, target medium to large accounts, and secure new opportunities. Identify and measure key performance indicators to encourage optimal sales behaviors. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes, costs, and results. Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals. Oversee the management of the division's internal operating budget. Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales team to enhance competencies and capabilities. Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Directly engage with key client accounts and deliver value-based sales presentations. Coordinate the management of all other accounts and oversee the delivery of sales materials. Represent the company at business meetings and events to promote the brand. Foster positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. Establish and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, and policies. Monitor daily sales hurdles, guide the team, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Take full accountability for the division's budget and revenue targets. Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds individual and collective goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contract management. Hands-on experience in SAAS, Retail POS Software, and CRM within the retail sector. To generate leads via cold calling, Emails, digital marketing etc., Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets. Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and leading a high-performing sales team. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business Administration required. MBA preferred or master's degree in Sales/Marketing. 1 to 2 years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions. Based on the performance in candidate will get the incentives
