via phone calls (and visits if needed), to promote and convert orders for our wholesale products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Tamil and the ability to build lasting relationships with shop owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Call retail shop owners daily and explain product offerings
Convince them to place wholesale orders through our platform/team
Maintain a list of prospective and active retailers in your area
Follow up regularly with interested retailers to convert them
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly order and revenue targets
Handle basic queries related to pricing, delivery, and product range
Coordinate with operations/logistics team to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Provide feedback from shop owners to improve services
Requirements:
6 months - 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or retail engagement
Fluent in Tamil
(speaking & understanding local dialects preferred)
Basic understanding of B2B sales or wholesale business
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to use WhatsApp, phone dialer, and basic mobile/computer apps
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
(Optional) Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
