Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales of residential properties (flats, villas, rooms) and land/plots.
Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and digital leads.
Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and legal formalities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate quality leads.
Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.
Understand market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Civil background).
1 to 4 years of proven sales experience in real estate (flats, villas, rooms, or land).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and close high-value deals.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an advantage.
Local language proficiency and knowledge of local geography preferred.
