. The role involves traveling within a designated territory to promote and sell our products to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other partners. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and stockists daily to promote and sell FMCG products.
Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising at retail points.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and route expansion possibilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
Collect and report market intelligence, such as competitor activity, pricing, and product trends.
Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics to prevent stockouts.
Submit daily sales reports and field activity logs.
Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and market activations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry (essential).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working independently in the field.
Good knowledge of retail distribution networks and sales channels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, CRM/mobile reporting apps).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Possession of a valid driver's license and two-wheeler (preferred for local travel).
