4. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by keeping track of stock, restocking shelves, and notifying management of low inventory or popular items.
5. Visual Merchandising: Participate in arranging jewelry displays to attract customers and enhance the visual appeal of the store. Ensure that jewelry is presented in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.
6. Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing any concerns or complaints, and following up with customers after purchases.
7. Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and securely. Ensure that all sales are properly recorded and that customers receive receipts for their purchases.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the store and display cases clean and organized at all times. Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of jewelry pieces as needed.
