Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical sector (contractors, consultants, distributors, industrial clients, etc.). Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electrical products, solutions, or systems. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with customers. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals to achieve targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical products, market trends, and competitors' offerings. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecast reports in CRM systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the electrical or industrial field. Solid technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present technical information clearly to clients. Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
