Job Description

Create a strong business model in 3M Home Water Segment

Daily visit to the prospects who are directed to us from 3M call center

Understand and check their needs and suggest the best solution from 3M Home water solution products / systems

Convert and measure prospect enquiry into business.

Collection and deposit of cheques from the customers on time - 100% collection before installation of the system

Co-ordinate with Plumbing team for proper installation of the system and ensure satisfactory feedback from the customers

Generate new leads through references

Conduct Apartment activities, shop meets, Plumber meets and generate leads

Track, convert and maintain the leads into business

Develop and add dealers for 3M Home water solutions - builders, architects, contractors, etc.

Maintain customer data base

Customer follow up for replacement cartridges

Daily, weekly and monthly report generation

Proper handling and resolution of customer complaints

Build a strong name of Gallop Agencies in 3M Home Water business segment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
