Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
Explain features, variants, pricing, and finance/loan options clearly.
Follow up with leads from online platforms, referrals, and campaigns.
Arrange and manage test rides as per customer requests.
Handle booking, documentation, and coordinate with the finance and insurance teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral sales.
Support promotional activities, showroom events, and off-site marketing as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification:
Diploma or Undergraduate (UG)
in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in sales (automobile, retail, or related fields preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Interest in automobiles and field sales.
