We are a leading dealership company specializing in high-quality fire-rated and steel doors, serving residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include passionate and driven sales professionals.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our range of fire doors and steel doors. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions or sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and facility managers. Present and promote fire and steel door products to potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical and operations team for product demonstrations and installations. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry standards. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or building products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with fire-rated door specifications and safety standards is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
