Sales Executive (Digital Marketing Agency & Construction Firm)



Job Summary



The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for both a digital marketing agency and a construction firm. The role focuses on telecalling and lead conversion, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. - The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt sales strategies to two distinct industries.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct telecalling and follow-up on leads generated for both the digital marketing agency and construction firm. Present and explain products and services to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to address client needs in both sectors. Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and relationship building. Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and manage the sales cycle efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction after sales closure. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress in CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends in both digital marketing and construction to effectively position offerings. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications and Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably with exposure to digital marketing or construction sectors. Strong telecalling, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Adaptability to work across two different industries.

Additional Information



This is a full-time, work-from-office role. Compensation includes a base salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
