developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves B2B and B2C sales, cold calling, online sales, and direct client interaction to drive revenue growth in the tech events industry.
Key Responsibilities:o Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tech industry through market
research and networking.o Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media engagement.o Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to promote our tech event services.o Manage client interactions via calls, emails, and CRM tools.o Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies tailored for techevents.o Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the techevent space.
