We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and negotiation with potential clients.
Duties
Conduct telemarketing and outbound calling to prospective clients
Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell software products
Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM systems to track sales activities
Requirements
Proven experience in technology sales or a related field
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Familiarity with inside sales processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
