Olive Builders, one of Kerala's most trusted real estate brands, is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales for our premium residential projects while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, site visits, and digital platforms
Present project details including features, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers to prospective clients
Schedule and conduct site visits and project demonstrations
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales performance reports to management
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach with a passion for achieving sales targets
Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Willingness to travel for site visits, promotions, and events
Ability to perform under targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling residential apartments or villas
Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Thiruvalla
Strong follow-up, persuasion, and closing abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
