A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and product awareness, along with maintaining store standards and achieving sales target.
Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
Explain product features such as design, purity, stone quality, weight, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget.
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets set by the management.
Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness.
Handle billing, packaging, and documentation accurately.
Provide after-sales service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and offers.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items at all times.
Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
