We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive & Team Leader to join our team at Muthoot Honda BigWing, Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should be passionate about two-wheelers, possess excellent communication skills, and have a flair for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and explain vehicle features and specifications.
Provide detailed information on available motorcycle models, variants, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with leads generated through various sources (walk-ins, calls, digital).
Guide customers through the entire sales process -- from enquiry to delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the finance team to support customers with loan/EMI options.
Maintain and update the customer database for future follow-ups.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
