Role: Fashion Jewellery Sales Staff (Male & Female) Location: Tirur, Kerala
Salary: Competitive ?13,000-?25,000/month + incentives Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Shop's day-to-day activities
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery souvenirs Demonstrate deep product knowledge (Swarovski Crystals)
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain POS accuracy Manage inventory, stock-taking, and display maintenance
Participate in promotional activities & perform merchandising displays

Requirements:

1-2 years of jewellery retail experience preferred Excellent communication in Malayalam
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts
