Position : Sales Executive Qualification : Any Degree

Experience : 2 to 5 years

salary : 10 k to 30 k + Incentives.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Showcase the latest jewelry designs and educate customers about their features and benefits. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom display. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and efficiency. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers. Attend training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the jewelry industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of jewelry products, including gold, diamonds, and gemstones. Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
