Job Title: Sales Executive - Tile Adhesive Location: surat south gujarat Job Type: Full-Time --- Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of tile adhesive products. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials or construction chemical sales, strong market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tile adhesive market. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client relationship management and product promotion. Visit potential clients including tile contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and distributors. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application methods. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies. Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints or feedback professionally. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Collaborate with the marketing and technical team for promotional activities and product training sessions. --- Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-10 years of sales experience, preferably in tile adhesive, construction chemicals, or building materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
