Maintaining customer relationships and addressing customer queries and complaints.
Attending sales meetings and training offered by the company.
Staying up to date on product features, accessories, and changes
Have a good knowledge on Competitors products, offers, schemes and inform the Management.
Transitioning customers to the service department and ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to ethical business practices.
Participate in exhibitions as per the Management instruction.
Gather feedback from dealers / customers and share with internal teams.
