Key responsibilities
*To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with the Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
*To act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally within CargoLine and externally with all the applicable parties.
*To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
*To regularly visit existing clients validating our service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams.
*To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
*Identifying Sales Goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
*Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date.
*Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue.
