Roles & Responsibilities: -
Job purpose
To drive effective lead sales for IMFL & MML Brands across the dedicated Territory
He will be responsible for lead generation from Distributor/s, Market Update, Stock/Inventory Monitoring, Promotions/Campaigns, Etc.
Key Accountabilities: -
Retail Operations
Driving & taking effective part in promotional activities like hoarding fixation & advertisement & putting up banners.
Ensure that local marketing and promotional activity is consistent with brand image and values.
Planning, strategizing and achieving the monthly/annual sales targets in the dedicated territory.
Coordination with Back Office/Sales Support team as well as ASM/RM/distributor partners for smooth functioning of supply chain/delivery of products.
Checking of payment reconciliation & timely collection/recovery from distributors.
Develop, train and manage a team of Promoters/Merchandisers.
Monthly Planning & coordination with the ASM/RM & distributor for efficient production.
Planning, development & execution of Retail branding, strategy of display drives, promotions, retail activations, POP materials, etc. and reporting of schemes with sharp focus on ROI
Procure, analyze and submit industry data reports and market trends on a weekly basis to the ASM/RM.
Submit Weekly reporting about Targets

Achieved Sales and Competitor Analysis (Sales Figures, Revenue and Marketing activities/schemes trends for respective territory).
Make sure that the activated retail/territory outlets should consistently have inventory of our Products.
Claim Verification & Get it settled from Sales Support team timely.
Trade Marketing
Execution of consumer marketing plan for strategic customer, targeted consumer group.
Support sales forces with well-designed fundamental plan & review the same consistently.
Design & get sanctioned promotional activities/creatives to Increase the market share from ASM/RM and Marketing Manager
Co-ordinate & Handle POP vendors.
Channel Management
Establish strategic alliances / coordination with partners/distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration.
Making sure that corporate guidelines at dealerships are followed to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets.
Making sure that the desired Sales & Marketing strategy and action plan for the channel is consistent with the share and volume objectives of the business.
