About Us

Appdid Infotech LLP is a growing IT solutions company specializing in mobile app development, web development, CRM solutions, and custom software development. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at our Thane office.

Key Responsibilities

Work on provided leads database from multiple platforms and identify potential clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and prepare clear documentation/workflows.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and pitch solutions.
Negotiate, finalize quotes, and convert leads into projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development in IT services (App Development, Web, CRM, or Software Development).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business proposals.
Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and workflows.
Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently from office.
