We handle the entire production process, from sourcing fabrics to delivering finished garments, allowing our clients to focus on their brand growth. We are expanding our sales team to drive growth and build strong relationships with clothing brands.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, providing accurate pricing, and closing orders with clothing brands. This role requires a deep understanding of fabrics, textile manufacturing processes, and the clothing brand market. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:



Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research. [Note: There will be many calls everyday and we will give you leads]. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clothing brands. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.

Pricing and Quotations:



Provide accurate and competitive pricing based on manufacturing costs and company margins. Prepare and present detailed quotations to clients. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.

Order Management:



Ensure smooth transition from order placement to production. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery. Provide regular updates to clients on order status.

Product Knowledge:



Maintain a deep understanding of fabrics, textile manufacturing processes, and industry trends. Provide expert advice to clients on fabric selection and manufacturing options.

Market Research:



Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities. Identify new opportunities for growth.

Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or apparel industry or worked in any factory Strong understanding of fabrics, textile manufacturing processes, and clothing brands. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software [Will teach you] Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
