Qualification:

MBA in Marketing (preferred), Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Textiles

Experience:

2-5 years in Textile/Fabric/ Garment/Processing industry sales

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the domestic and international textile market. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and service support. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional activities to expand customer base. Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product samples to potential buyers. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals. Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and prepare periodic sales reports. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of textile processes (Printing, Dyeing, Embroidery, Fabrics). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Strong business acumen with ability to identify and convert leads into long-term clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Growth in client base and repeat orders. Customer satisfaction and retention rate. Contribution to market expansion and brand visibility.

Pay: ₹50,715.10 - ₹99,500.00 per month
