Position Overview



We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Sales Executive / Territory Manager

to expand our diagnostic services footprint across the Mumbai territory. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, and increasing market share of Our diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will have

experience in diagnostics sales

or

pharmaceutical territory sales

with excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Growth



Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and collection goals within the assigned territory. Promote and drive adoption of Our diagnostic services (pathology, imaging, preventive health packages) among healthcare providers, clinics, physicians, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers. Prepare and execute territory sales plans to maximize penetration and revenue growth.

Relationship & Account Management



Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospital administrators, clinics, diagnostic centres, and referral partners. Conduct regular field visits, product presentations and demonstrations for customers. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries to ensure repeat business.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing movements and share actionable insights with the internal team. Maintain accurate sales records, sales pipeline updates and territory reports using CRM tools. Provide weekly/monthly forecasts and activity reports to the Sales Head.

Brand & Promotion Support



Support brand awareness activities and local marketing initiatives (health camps, RWA events, BTL promotions). Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth service delivery and service level improvement.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree (Science/Pharmacy/Business Administration) or equivalent.

Minimum 2-5 years of field sales experience

, preferably in the

diagnostics industry

, clinical/lab services, or

pharma sales

with strong territory management exposure. (Happiest Health)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
