. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new sellers, managing client relationships, and driving business growth for our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers/vendors on the e-commerce platform.
Communicate with clients and sellers in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
to explain services, pricing, and processes.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the Malad region.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular follow-up and support.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth seller onboarding and order processing.
Provide reports on sales performance and market insights.
Attend client meetings, field visits, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in
Any Stream
(Commerce/Business preferred).
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in
Telugu
(mandatory), with good communication in
Hindi/English
.
0-3 years of experience in
Sales / Business Development / E-commerce
(freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce, digital platforms, or seller onboarding is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
